EFT and Kundalini Yoga both work on the flow of energy which is vital for good health (mental and physical). James Feudo is a speaker, author and trainer and has worked with small businesses since 1996. James got his start in training in 1996 as an instructor at Bentley College. A Dale Carnegie graduate, James was involved with Toastmasters International and served as an Ambassador with the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce. He has addressed professional organizations and worked with individuals to help them improve their business and personal performance through effective communication. James holds a BA and an MS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College with a strong concentration in Business.
Geoff Platt is a trainer with JVF Solutions and has worked with businesses for over 25 years. Geoff started in Accounting in 1982 and has been speaking, training, designing and developing ever since. After progressing through five areas of Accounting and Management, Geoff shifted to financial reporting and to software development. He has been speaking and training internally at large and small companies, on the road and at conferences, including audiences of several hundred people. Geoff holds a BS in BA from Bryant College with a strong concentration in Accounting.

How Does Your Chakra System Affect Your Physical and Emotional Health? - NEW!

Learn how your chakra system affects your overall physical and emotional health. Your body is a complex machine. It is constantly taking in and processes new information. However, rather than processing and letting go of “unnecessary information,” some information turns into worries or fears which can become “stuck” in our bodies energy. This stored negative energy will often manifest into physical and emotional illnesses. So what do you with these negative emotions and how do you get rid of them? Introduction to Feng ShuI

This workshop is an introduction to the use of Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese art and science of designing your space based on energy flow. Regular practice of Kundalini Yoga offers many possibilities for a happier, healthier life. Kundalini is the oldest form of yoga (dating back over 5,000 years) and incorporates all facets of yoga including exercises called kriyas, breath work (pranayama) and meditation (silent and with mantra). Practicing Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables the practitioner to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions. Kundalini yoga releases energy blocks along the spine which result in a sense of well being, clear thinking and overall physical health. MANAGING YOUR TIME - THE KEY TO SUCCESS AT HOME OR WORK - NEW!

86,400 –the number of seconds in a day. Everyone on the planet shares and manages the same amount of time... whether a student, stay-at-home parent, or company CEO. Those who mange it well are often the most successful both at home and work. Do you ever procrastinate over tasks you should be completing? Do you ever waste time looking for a lost item? Do you complete menial tasks while large, important ones are left undone? Are you constantly interrupted at work or home? Are you self-disciplined? In this class we’ll explore the common time robbers and ways to overcome them. It’s recommended- but not required- that you keep a 30 minute time log (sample online at www.ktconed.org/time_log.doc) for at least several days prior to the class. By doing this you’ll each come away with an individual plan to get more out of your day at home and work. Over time these new habits will help you achieve your life goals and happiness. MASSAGE FOR PARTNERS

Massage for partners is designed to help participants learn the art of non-verbal communication through touch. Touch is the cornerstone of an intimate relationship. Parents/partners/friends and caregivers can all benefit from learning the therapeutic techniques offered in this class. We start with massage of the head, neck and shoulders during the first class. The second class concentrates on the arms, legs and stretches for the hips. The final class is devoted to the back and shoulders. By the end of the three sessions you will be able to give a full body massage to your partner in 60 minutes. Please join us for a class filled with therapeutic touch, stress reduction and FUN. Wear loose clothing that you can move and stretch in. Gym shorts are suggested for the 2nd and 3rd class. Please bring to class an unscented lotion or cream (no oil) or massage lotion (available at Whole Foods Market or Bath and Body Works). Also bring pillows, a pillowcase, 2 blankets, and 2 sheets.

Each of us has a number of Guardian Angels who watch over us, heal & protect us, and give us inspiration. TWELVE MINUTE QI GONG FOR COMPUTER USERS

This sequence of Qi Gong exercise is designed specifically for computer users and other office workers to prevent certain ailments caused by this kind of work. It helps to prevent neck problems, shoulder problems, carpel tunnel syndrome, back problems, body stiffness, joint pain, headache, and tiredness. It also helps to improve daily energy level, relieve physical and mental stress, promote circulation, balance the mood and enhance productivity. It includes 10 steps of Qi Gong exercise incorporated with Yoga movements and meditation. It is easy to learn and easy to practice, and there is no need for any special equipment. In our fast paced society time is limited. 12 minutes a day can help prevent many problems and provide lifelong benefits.

Ms. Kennedy is also working towards completion of her studies as an Ordained Minister. She does energy work on humans and animals. She has been working in the educational field for 25 years and offers lectures to surrounding pet stores. She has a strong connection with the animal kingdom and possesses the ability to read animals without the usage of pictures or even their presence.
