BUYING AND SELLING REAL ESTATE
IN TODAY’S MARKET!
RE-01 • Classes begin: Oct 7 (End date: Oct 21)
6 Hours • 3 Sessions • Thu: 6:30-8:30

Do you think you can’t afford to buy a home in today’s real estate market? If so, then you can’t afford to miss this three part comprehensive seminar on how to buy, sell, and finance your home in today’s economy! In just three 2 hour sessions, you will learn all of the fundamentals of home financing, mortgage options, and the legalities of buying and selling a home. In the first session, you will be exposed to the important role of the realtor and you will understand how valuable that expertise is during the purchasing and/or selling process. The focus of the second evening will be financing. There is mortgage money available; you just have to know where to look and how to access these financial resources. The third component of this three part seminar concentrates on the legalities of real estate transactions. There are legal concerns if you are selling a house and there are responsibilities in the law if you are buying one. An experienced attorney will provide this instruction. Take this seminar and become an educated consumer in the modern real estate market.
