GENERAL INFORMATION

TELEPHONE REGISTRATION |
| Starting August 25th, registration may be made via telephone 24 hours a
day at 508-935-0202 with a MasterCard or Visa. You will talk to a real
person, not an answering machine. Confirmation of your registration will be
mailed.

INTERNET REGISTRATION |
|
You may register online on our secure website at www.ktconed.org. Payment by credit card only. A confirmation will be e-mailed back to you.
|
FAX REGISTRATION |
You may fax your registration to us at 508-879-1059. Payment by credit card only. Confirmations will be mailed unless you request a fax confirmation.
|
|
MAIL-IN REGISTRATION |
|
You may mail in your registration using the application at the of the Fall catalog. Enclose a credit card number, money order, or personal check. Please do not mail cash. A confirmation will be mailed.
|
|
WALK-IN REGISTRATION |
|
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from
4:30pm-7:00pm. You may register with all forms of payment, starting
August 25th. |
|
TUITION |
|
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment may be in cash, personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, or company purchase order.
|
|
REFUND POLICY |
|
You will receive 100% of your tuition less $10 should you formally withdraw from any class at least 5 days prior to the start of the class. A 30 day notice is required for all trips. Tickets to performances are non-refundable.
|
|
ENROLLMENT |
|
Keefe Tech Continuing Education classes are open to all residents of all cities and towns who are at least 16 years of age. Some classes where heavy equipment is used require an 18 year minimum age. Children may not attend classes with their parents.
|
|
STUDENT PARKING |
Adequate parking for students is provided in designated parking areas. Please do not park in marked fire lanes or non-parking areas.

|
BOOKS AND SUPPLIES |
Students will provide their own books, materials, and other supplies for courses which do not include these items as part of the course. No refunds on any book purchases.
|
|
SCHOOL CANCELLATION |
|
Continuing Education classes are held according to an established calendar. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Non- scheduled cancellations will be made on WBZ Radio (AM1030) and WBZ Television – Channel 4.

A certificate of class attendance will be awarded to all students who have a 75% attendance record at the class conclusion.

|
DAY AND TIME OF CLASSES |
|
Classes are in session Monday through Friday evening. The evenings and times are subject to change. However, every effort will be made to hold the class on the day and times listed in this catalog. If it is necessary to change meeting times, and you do not care to change, you will receive a full refund. Classes will not be held: Sept 29/30 (Rosh Hashanah), Oct 8/9 (Yom Kippur), Oct 13 (Columbus Day), Oct 23 (Parents Night), Nov 11 (Veterans Day ), Nov 26-28 (Thanksgiving Recess).

CLASS SIZE |
|
The number of students admitted to a class are predetermined by the type of class offered, the equipment required, and the size of the room. Register early to insure a class place. Should you call and the class is full, please ask to be put on a waiting list. An additional class may be offered.
